Reservation Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy
Reservations can be booked online or by calling Guest Services at (912) 638-3351. Reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking, and applicable deposits and cancellation policies apply. 

Deposit Requirements
All hotel room reservations require a credit card guarantee and a one-night deposit (based on room rates for dates of stay) will be taken on all reservations. 

Cancellations and Charges
To cancel a reservation, please contact Guest Services at (912) 638-3351.

Canceling a reservation within the cancel policy of the arrival date, or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date, will result in a cancellation charge based on the policy terms of the individual booking. The cancellation policy is subject to change during holidays, peak reservation times, and special events.

Additional Charges
Rates are subject to additional taxes and resort fees.

Check-In & Checkout Times
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. We cannot guarantee early check-in; however, you may request an early check-in. Please contact Guest Services at (912) 638-3351 to request an early check-in and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Early Departure Fee
You may alter your dates of stay outside of the appropriate cancellation policy for your booking.  Early departure fees after check-in will be assessed at the full nightly room rate plus applicable taxes for all nights your stay is reduced.

Housekeeping Services
Full-service housekeeping is available by request only. To schedule, please contact Guest Services no later than 10 p.m. the night before the services are needed by dialing zero from your room or dialing 912.638.3351. If in need of extra items such as towels, cups, coffee, and toiletries, please contact Guest Services for assistance.

Miscellaneous Extras
Pack and Plays are available upon advanced request by calling Guest Services at 912.638.3351. Pack and Plays are a one-time rental fee of $25 plus tax and have limited availability. Sea Palms Resort does not offer rollaway beds on the property.

Pet Policy
Sea Palms Resort offers limited pet-friendly accommodations. We allow two (2) pets maximum in each unit, with a weight restriction of 50 lbs. or less per pet. Guests may not substitute one (1) 100-pound dog. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $125 plus tax due at check-in. Pets are to be supervised and always leashed while on the property. Guests are responsible for damage caused by their pet(s), additional fees may be applied for damages. If any signs of an unapproved pet are found in a unit after departure, or Sea Palms staff was not notified of a pet at time of booking, there will be a $250 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file. Sea Palms Resort reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior.

Smoke-free property
Sea Palms Resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking of tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vapes is not permitted in rooms, breezeways, common areas, or on private balconies. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated smoking areas away from the building. If any signs of smoke are found in the unit, an additional cleaning fee will be charged during check-out. 

Gift Certificates
Please contact the front desk at (912) 638-3351 to purchase a gift certificate.

Quiet Hours
For the comfort and convenience of all guests, our resort has designated “Quiet Hours” from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and ask our guests to be respectful of your neighbors.
