To our Valued Members,

It is truly humbling to have the opportunity to write to you today and be confident in saying “Good Things are Happening at Sea Palms.” I want to thank each and every one of you for your loyalty and continued support. This support is critical in giving our team the opportunity to invest in the Club, Resort and the Sea Palms Community as a whole.

Hopefully by now most of you have seen the construction that is taking place across the property. We have been blessed with fantastic grass growing weather and the golf course is on schedule for our September 28th opening. In addition to the golf course, we are 90% complete on our new Members Short Game Experience nicknamed “The Miracle.” Located on the former Hole #9 of the West Golf Course, this 4-acre facility is a unique venue that is certain to create many wonderful memories and hopefully improve a lot of golf games. There have been many other small additions such as umbrellas and chairs at the pool to frozen drink machines and new employee uniforms.

As time continues, you will begin to see new projects implemented and other new additions added to our facilities. The following are renovations that will happen in the upcoming months:

  • Tennis Courts
  • West Fitness Facility
  • Clubhouse
    • Golf Pro Shop
    • Guest Services Area
    • Meeting & Restaurant Area

 

Along with the renovations will be many other exciting changes. Information on the details of these changes will be communicated to you in the near future.

We have reached the time of year where we will be releasing our 2020 Membership Packages. I want to commend our staff here at Sea Palms who have worked diligently to put together a simple but fair package that will accommodate the multitude of Membership needs. It is our goal to have a thriving Club community and this can only be accomplished if we deliver a great product.

For many years now, the Club has languished with poor facilities, inconsistent service, inadequate maintenance and a general appearance of being tired and worn out. We are certain that our investment will overcome these past woes and we intend to deliver a product that meets or exceeds your expectations on a consistent level. With the increased investment will naturally come an increase in the dues and with that, an increased responsibility to deliver great service. I want to pledge to you that our team will always work diligently to bring you, your family and your guests a first-rate experience at Sea Palms.

I ask that you continue to be patient with us as we move forward in the journey of making Sea Palms a place we can all be proud of and call home. Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We look forward to seeing you at the Club.
